About Benefits-Plaza

Benefits-Plaza is a fully computerized database, offering a clear overview of insurances for each individual employee. Workforce alterations in all relevant fields will autonomously be processed, calculated  and communicated to involved insurers by Benefits-Plaza. In addition,  alterations are communicated to employees in a jargon-free manner, and if required in multiple languages.

Benefits-Plaza operates independently of insurers and other executors. Moreover, Benefits-Plaza offers employers many more features, such as generation of test calculations and generation and compounding of overviews (consolidated or individual). Computerizing employee insurance management and digital processing of alterations saves a lot of time, money and frustrations.

Cooperation of Benefits-Plaza and Jitscale

Benefits-Plaza has been through a considerable growth. To deal with expansion and to be future proof, Jitscale has completely replaced the overall underlying infrastructure. Based on the latest virtualization techniques, a new infrastructure has been built that takes into account Benefits-Plaza’s essentials: scalability, performance and security.

By using virtualization, an infrastructure has been developed that is easy to upscale at times of growth or temporary peaks in traffic. To improve performance, virtual servers can be scaled both up and out. This happens within hours where using traditional infrastructure would take days or even weeks. In this way performance is guaranteed at all times.

The platform is scaled across several data centres, ensuring hypothetical failure of an entire data centre will not affect the continuity of the platform. The data centre facilities used by Benefits-Plaza meet the highest quality standards and consist of a main location in Amsterdam, a secondary location in the same city and alternate options in Nieuwegein, Hoofddorp, Atlanta (US), Dallas (US) and Singapore. The complete network is linked to the AMS-IX, and in addition has 9 direct and indirect links to multiple internet backbones.
